Returns & Repair Services
Any returns and refunds for products bought from www.klikmap.com will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in the following Returns & Refund Policy.
Defective Products purchased at KlikMAP.com can be returned if they meet one, or more of the following conditions*. **:
- The product became defective/damaged in transit.
- The product is dead on arrival, or otherwise broken due to production defects, and not due to misuse or accident on the user's part.
- The specifications, quantity, or contents of the product received was incompatible or incomplete with what was ordered.
- The products were received past the promised deadline
* Specifically for products returned due to the deadline promised condition, must be returned in a new/intact, unopened, and unused condition. The promised deadline is the estimated time that will be informed in your order details.
**The product returned should also match the product you have received. This includes packaging, product labels, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, gift / bonus purchases, if any.
Defective Products cannot be returned if they meet one, or more of the following conditions:
- They became defective/ damaged due to user errors, such as due to falling, scratching, exposure to water, changes in electrical voltage, user disassembly (That violates the terms of warranty), installation errors from the user's side.
- If they became defective due to natural disasters, such as being struck by lightning, submerged in water during a flood, etc.
Product return period:
Products that have fulfilled the conditions listed above can be returned up to 7 working days after the product is received.
If the product is past the deadline for return, KlikMAP.com will direct you to make a warranty claim to the service center of the product, as appropriate.
Return Solution:
Once your return claim has been approved, and the product has been returned to our office either by the customer's own initiative, or by one of our couriers. We will replace the product with a new unit if one is available. If a replacement product is not available, KlikMAP.com will offer a refund or assistance with making a claim to the service
Refund Process:
- Bank Transfer: A refund will be sent to the customer's account within 1-7 working days after their claim has been approved, and the purchased item has been returned.
- Credit cards: Refund Credit Card balances 5-10 working days after approval, and the purchased item has been returned.***.
***Purchases made using credit cards can only be refunded to the credit card's balance up to 14 days after purchase and payment.

2. After the form above has been filled out and your Return Request received and processed by our Customer Service Staff, we will contact you by the e-mail address or telephone number you have provided to confirm your Return Request.
3. If your Return Request is approved, our Customer Service staff will contact you to schedule one of our couriers for pickup**** , or provide you with the necessary information to deliver your defective product back to our office. KlikMAP.com will exchange it for new products or issue a refund as soon as we receive the product at the following address:

4. If your product is not eligible for pickup by one of our couriers, carefully package the defective product with all of the provided accessories.
5. Download the shipping label provided by our customer service staff and paste it on the outside of the package that you are returning.
6. Send the package that has been neatly wrapped and labeled to the appropriate address on the label using the delivery service closest to your location.
7. Our technicians will examine your defective product once it has arrived at our office. Make sure to return the product with all of the accessories, labels, warranty cards, and manuals, along with its original packaging.
8. If your return request has been approved, our customer service staff will contact you once more to schedule delivery of the replacement product, or arrange a refund.
KlikMAP.com has the right to refuse defective products that did not meet the applicable product return terms & conditions.
Claiming shipping costs for product returns:
After the process of returning / changing product or funds has been completed, you can claim shipping costs by providing proof of delivery, and sending a picture of
the bill you received from the courier service you had used.
